    Export Control Compliance

    Anodyne Materiel LLC is committed to complying with all applicable United States export control laws and regulations, including:

    Such information may not be exported, transferred, shared, downloaded, or otherwise disclosed to foreign persons or foreign destinations when prohibited by applicable law.

    Customer Certification

    • You are not located in, operating from, or acting on behalf of any sanctioned or embargoed country.

    • You are not listed on any U.S. Government restricted party list.

  • Returns & Refunds Policy

    Returns

    At Anodyne Materiel, we stand behind the products we sell and want customers to be satisfied with their purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return subject to the terms below.

    Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.

    To be eligible for a return, items must:

    • Be unused and in original condition

    • Include all original packaging, hardware, accessories, and documentation

    • Be free from damage, modification, or signs of installation beyond normal inspection

    • Be accompanied by proof of purchase

    Anodyne Materiel reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet these requirements.

    Return Authorization Required

    Customers must contact Anodyne Materiel and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before returning any item.

    Unauthorized returns may be refused or returned to the sender at the sender's expense.

    Restocking Fee

    Approved returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee, which may be deducted from the refund amount.

    The restocking fee helps cover processing, inspection, repackaging, and inventory management costs associated with returned merchandise.

    Shipping Costs

    Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

    Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is the result of:

    • An item received in damaged condition

    Anodyne Materiel recommends using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance when appropriate. We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

    Non-Returnable Items

    • Clearance or closeout items marked as final sale

    • Products modified after delivery

    Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

    Please allow 5-10 business days for refunds to appear on your account after processing, depending on your financial institution.

    Order Cancellations

    Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled and must follow the return process outlined above.

    Custom-made, made-to-order, or special-order products may not be eligible for cancellation once production has begun.

    Limited Lifetime Warranty

    Anodyne Materiel warrants its products against defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product under normal use and service.

    This warranty is limited to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. Proof of purchase may be required to process any warranty claim.

    If a product is determined by Anodyne Materiel to be defective due to materials or workmanship, we will, at our sole discretion:

    • Repair the product;

    • Replace the product with the same item; or

    • Replace the product with a comparable item of equal or greater value if the original item is no longer available.

    What Is Covered

    This warranty covers:

    • Manufacturing defects

    • Material defects

    • Failures occurring during normal intended use

    What Is Not Covered

    This warranty does not cover:

    • Normal wear and tear

    • Cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality

    • Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, or improper maintenance

    • Damage caused by accidents, impacts, or environmental conditions

    • Unauthorized modifications, alterations, or repairs

    • Improper installation or use contrary to provided instructions

    • Products used in a manner for which they were not intended

    Limitation of Liability

    To the maximum extent permitted by law, Anodyne Materiel's liability under this warranty is limited solely to the repair or replacement of the defective product.

    Anodyne Materiel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use any product, including but not limited to property damage, loss of use, loss of profits, or personal injury.
